Terms and Conditions

1. All prices quoted are per person sharing. Unless otherwise specified, each voucher entitles one person (of maximum weight 115kg) to a flight from one of our operational venues.
2. The gift vouchers are valid for nine months from the date of purchase and are not refundable.
3. Vouchers can be used on SET SCENICFLIGHT DAYS ONLY, the day being chosen by PDG Helicopters, usually one or two days a month. The Company accepts no responsibility for flights cancelled due to weather or any other reason.
4. The gift voucher holder is responsible for making contact with us and to book an available scenic flight day.
5. Tour routes may vary depending on weather and air traffic control.
6. Passengers should call our weatherline  (contact number given with voucher instructions) two hours before flight time to ensure that the flight will proceed as scheduled.
7. Passengers should ensure that they bring their voucher with them as they will be unable to fly unless it is presented.
8. Passengers should arrive 20 minutes prior to the flight time to allow for a flight safety briefing. Vouchers will be invalidated should a passenger:  

• Cancel within 72 hours of a booked flight; 
  
• Not turn up for a booked flight;
• Or arrive late.
