Can I take my camera?
YES
How many people can the helicopter take?
Our aircraft takes 5 passengers, one next to the Pilot and 4 side by side in the back seat.
Can I talk to the pilot?
YES - all passengers have headsets on, in order to speak to each other and to the pilot.
What happens if I book on and it's bad weather on the day?
Once you have phoned to book a particular flight date a letter of confirmation is sent out to you giving full details. In the event of weather cancellation, you would just call our scenic
co-ordinators during office hours in order to get rescheduled.
Can I bring my family to watch me going up on the helicopter?
YES - most people like to bring family/friends who are always welcome to wait at our facility.
Is there an age limit for children?
NO - children are allowed, however if they are under 12 years of age they should be accompanied by an adult.
I have a disability, can I still go fly?
YES - we do as far as practical try to ensure that our passengers with disabilities can fly in our helicopters. In order to ensure that we can meet your requirements, please contact our scenic co-ordinators.
Do I need to purchase insurance for the flight?
NO - PDG Helicopters has extensive aircraft, passenger and public liability insurance.
